When the heck is the final issue of Shrugged coming out? Its not as if Turner is drawing it. Geez people! I hate the fact that Aspen doesnt seem to care enough about its fan base to give us regular updates as to when we can expect stuff thats way behind schedule. Case in point: Fathom Definitive Edition TPB
               Shrugged # 8
               Soulfire New World Order
Cmon guys we all feel for Mike and his returning battle with cancer but u cant tell us that its preventing everyone else from doing their jobs!

Take a deep breath and repeat this:

"I need anger management."

It's been said before that Soulfire New World Order won't be out until later this year.

Fathom Definitive Edition. Really? They NEVER gave a release date for it, or a time slot. Sure we know about it but combining vol 1 and vol 2 plus other stuff is hard work, considering they also have to work out how to remove lara and sara from the last volume 1 arc. Plus, i doubt they want to rush it just to get it out. I'm sure they want to make sure it has the most content it can, and be the best quality it can.

I think you're along in the "hate" department.

I think you handled that very well arak. It's also good that there are censors on this board. Otherwise i would be kicked off by now

Gotta agree that Shrugged #8 has taken an age to get released.
We don't even have any idea of a release date. I can understand why Soulfire is late but why is Shrugged??

Michael might not be drawing Shrugged, but he is co-writing it (with Frank Mastromauro), and I don't think his drawing is the only thing that's affected by the relapse of cancer. I'm sure Aspen's doing all in their power to get it out asap, though.

Hey guys, my sincerest apologies for the delays on Shrugged...There have been many factors effecting its tardiness that I won't elaborate on here, but suffice to say that we are all doing our best to juggle various things and obviously with Mike's health issues it has affected the timeliness of the book. Can't really fault him for that! Trust me, everyone at Aspen knows what its like to wait for a book, and how annoying it can be(I remember being an avid Battlechasers fan and we all know how that was). That said, its definitely a priority of mine, and all of us at Aspen to get this book out, and to not have this problem repeat itself in the future. I'm glad you guys are asking about it, because that at least means you ENJOY the book, so thats the bright side. I know we're all excited to see it drop...Thanks for your continued support and enthusiasm for Shrugged!

Thanks for the kinds words Micah. Waiting sucks like you say, but waiting for something great is a different story. Keep up the good work pal.
