I am going to miss getting new work from Michael, but I know that as long as all of you who loved him so much are entrusted with his worlds, they will continue to be a reflection of him & I will enjoy seeing what you do with them.
I read this in previews yesterday:
"This month, the comics community lost one of its own when Michael Turner passed away. Mike was a phenomenal talent, an idea man, and simply put, an amazing human being. He always made time to talk with fans and to share his opinions on which comics he thought were great. Mike had an easygoing smile that always lit up a room. You never had to think about the personal pain he was trying to overcome when he flashed that grin. You just had to smile back and enjoy his company.
For those of you who have never taken the opportunity to get to know Mike’s work, this month one of his creations starts a new chapter in her ongoing saga in Soulfire: Shadow Magic #0. The series focuses on the early years of the character and how she came of age in a world of magic and wonder. I urge you to pick up this book and immerse yourself in a world created by one of the true gentlemen of the industry; a man whose legacy will certainly earn him the much-deserved title of “legend” in the years to come.
Get to know the wonder that Mike put into all of his creations and that Vince Hernandez and Sana Takeda have lovingly crafted in this new series."

Hey guys, don't know if this has been posted somewhere else but just in case.. the video of the panel is now up. Tribute Panel
The seventh part is posted twice, the eighth part is here.
Also, are there any plans to put the slideshow up online somewhere? I'd really like to be able to see all the photos.
